1. Subject
These Terms govern use of the tira.club website and the services of the Tira gaming club — access to gaming seats (PC and PlayStation 5 Pro), bookings and tournament participation. By using the site or services you accept these Terms.
2. Bookings
A booking made through the site is a request that staff confirm by phone. A seat is reserved once confirmed. Please provide a correct name and phone number.
3. Cancellation & no-show
You may cancel or change a booking by contacting the club as early as possible. For a no-show without notice the club may release the seat. Refund terms for prepaid packages are shown at payment.
4. Prices & payment
Current prices are on the Pricing page. Cash and cards (VISA/Mastercard) are accepted on site at the club.
5. Age & supervision
Minors are admitted per the club's rules and with a parent/guardian's knowledge. The club may request proof of age. Some games carry age ratings (PEGI/ESRB).
6. House rules
Guests protect the equipment and follow staff instructions. Prohibited: damaging hardware, installing software without permission, or acting in a way that endangers other guests. On breach the club may end access without refund.
7. Liability
The club is not liable for loss of unsaved data in gaming accounts, for personal belongings left unattended, or for harm from improper use of the equipment. The guest is liable for wilful damage to hardware.
8. Accounts & intellectual property
Games and software are used under the publishers' licenses; signing into a personal Steam/PSN account is the guest's responsibility (we recommend signing out and not saving passwords). Site content (text, logo, design) belongs to the operator.
9. Force majeure
The club is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. power/internet outage, force majeure).
10. Changes
The operator may update these Terms. The current version is always at this address; the change date is shown above.
11. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies to these Terms. Disputes are heard by the competent court at the operator's seat, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
