How do I book a seat?

Open the Booking page, pick a date, time, zone and number of seats — the request reaches us in seconds.

Can I choose a zone in advance?

Yes, the booking form lets you pick a PC or PlayStation 5 Pro zone directly.

Can I change a booking?

Yes — message us on Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp with your booking date; contact details are in the site footer.

Pricing

Where can I see current prices?

Full PC and PlayStation 5 Pro zone rates are on the Pricing page.

Do PC and PlayStation have different rates?

Yes, each zone has its own hourly rate — see them on the Pricing page.

Are there night or package rates?

Yes, the Pricing page lists night packages and solo passes with larger discounts for more hours.

Games

Where can I see the game list?

See the Games page for the current list of available titles.

Can I play on my own Steam or PSN account?

Yes — sign in to your personal account for the session; it signs out automatically once the session ends.

What if the game I want isn't in the catalog?

The Games page has a request form — fill it in and the title gets reviewed for adding.

PlayStation zone

Can I come with a group for the PS5 zone?

Yes, each PS5 Pro zone fits up to 4 players at once — note the number of seats when booking.

How do I pick a PlayStation zone?

In the zone step of the booking form, choose PlayStation 5 Pro.

Should I book the PS5 zone ahead of time?

We recommend it, especially in the evening and on weekends — the zone has limited seats.

PC zone

Can I choose a PC zone?

Yes, pick PC in the booking form — every seat has the same configuration.

Can I sign in to accounts other than Steam?

Yes, on PC seats you can sign in to any personal account — Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net and others — for the length of your session.

What happens to the account after the session?

Personal accounts sign out automatically once the session ends — the seat is reset clean for the next guest.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or card, paid on site.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes, just keep them away from keyboards, controllers and screens so the equipment stays safe.

What if something isn't working?

Call the phone number in the site footer or message us on Telegram — the issue gets checked right away while you keep playing.

Equipment

Treat PCs, PlayStations, monitors, headsets, controllers and furniture with care.

Only approved apps and games run on the PC seats — installing software or changing system settings isn't available to guests.

Don't unplug cables or peripherals at your seat.

Accounts

Sign in only to your own accounts — Steam, PSN or other personal profiles.

Personal accounts sign out automatically once the session ends, and the seat is reset clean for the next guest.

Don't save passwords in the browser on shared devices.

Club conduct

Don't disturb other guests and keep noise at a reasonable level.

Don't move the equipment around or use zones other than the one you booked.

Food and drinks

Allowed — just keep them away from keyboards, controllers and screens.

Don't open suspicious links or download files from untrusted sources.
